There are endless applications but here are some time-tested ideas from my very own test kitchen (which is a real kitchen complete with bottomless pit kid):
Brew Pub style fries in a pinch. Just season and bake or fry and season! (frozen, fresh, tots, home fries etc) Crinkle cuts with loaded are a favorite in our house.
Meal prep chicken (I just sprinkle some of this on plain jane boneless, skinless chicken breasts and now I have flavorful chicken that I can use for anything)
Keep light colored creamy soups free from black specks and full of flavor.
Sheet pan dinners in a snap. Sprinkle this all over the meat and veggies!
You get the idea, there is virtually nothing that you can’t use Loaded on!
