This seasoning blend for those that prefer their seasonings loaded with flavor and aren’t afraid of some heat. The proper use of Mexican chiles creates a rich and deep flavor that you won’t find in a packet! Try this as taco seasoning or as a rub on chicken! For taco meat use 2 to 4 tablespoons per pound of meat. Brown the meat, drain the fat, and then add the seasoning with a 1/2 cup of water. To add depth to the flavor, add a few tablespoons of tomato paste with the water and a touch of salt. (trust me) Taste the meat after adding 2 tablespoons of seasoning and then add more to taste! Simmer until the mixture is to your desired consistency. Salt Free!
