32ozBoiling Water
1/4cup Honey
1Cinnamon Stick (optional but great)
Milk of Choice
Instructions
Put the tea in the vessel of choice (bags etc) and place in the 4 cup measuring cup/container. Add the cinnamon stick to the container
Add the boiling water, making sure to gently pour over the tea. This starts the steeping process.
Add the honey to the hot water and gently stir.
Steep for at least one hour but I honestly prefer to leave it for most of the day.
When done steeping you now how a concentrate to make a Chai Tea Latte. You can make one right away (highly recommended) or store in the refrigerator to make one later.
To make the actual latte: mix 10oz of the tea concentrate with 4 oz of the milk of your choice. Heat until desired temperature and garnish with cinnamon. OR Pour over ice and have a refreshing treat!
