Prep Time 1 hour
Cook Time 5 minutes
Servings 4 drinks

Equipment

  • 1 Tea Kettle (stovetop or electric)
  • Vessel for Tea (tea bags or infusers)
  • 1 4 cup measuring cup or heavy duty plastic pitcher
  • Spoon for stirring
  • Measuring Utensils

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Rachel's Spice Co Creamy Dreamy Earl Grey https://rachelsspicecompany.com/product/creamy-dreamy-earl-grey/
  • 32 0z boiling water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract
  • milk of choice

Instructions

  • Put the tea in the bags or infuser of choice. Place in a 4 cup glass measuring cup or heavy duty pitcher.
  • Add the vanilla to the container.
  • Add the boiling water to the container making sure to gently pour the water over the tea. This starts the steeping process.
  • Add the honey to the container and stir gently.
  • Steep for at least one hour but I prefer to let this sit for most of the day.
  • When done steeping remove and discard ( makes great compost!) the bags. You can make a tea latte right away (highly recommend) or store in the fridge for later use.
  • Now that you have a concentrate you can make a London Fog Latte in the matter of minutes!
To make a London Fog combine 10oz of the tea concentrate with 4 oz of the milk of your choice.
You can either heat it to your desired temperature or pour it over ice!
This concentrate makes enough for about 4 good sized drinks. Feel free to half or double the recipe for your own personal needs!
