1 4 cup measuring cup or heavy duty plastic pitcher

320zboiling water
1/4 cuphoney
1/2-1tspvanilla extract
milk of choice
Instructions
Put the tea in the bags or infuser of choice. Place in a 4 cup glass measuring cup or heavy duty pitcher.
Add the vanilla to the container.
Add the boiling water to the container making sure to gently pour the water over the tea. This starts the steeping process.
Add the honey to the container and stir gently.
Steep for at least one hour but I prefer to let this sit for most of the day.
When done steeping remove and discard ( makes great compost!) the bags. You can make a tea latte right away (highly recommend) or store in the fridge for later use.
Now that you have a concentrate you can make a London Fog Latte in the matter of minutes!To make a London Fog combine 10oz of the tea concentrate with 4 oz of the milk of your choice. You can either heat it to your desired temperature or pour it over ice!This concentrate makes enough for about 4 good sized drinks. Feel free to half or double the recipe for your own personal needs!
