This blend was inspired by the childhood favorite of buttered toast topped with cinnamon sugar. But instead of using just plain jane cinnamon I use a blend of traditional Cassia Cinnamon known as Korintje cinnamon and a touch of the spicy cousin, Vietnamese cinnamon. The result is a vibrant, flavorful blend of cinnamon and sugar. Try it on toast, in hot beverages, and definitely in your baking!
