This blend was inspired by the childhood favorite of buttered toast topped with cinnamon sugar. But instead of using just plain jane cinnamon I use a blend of traditional Cassia Cinnamon known as Korintje cinnamon and a touch of the spicy cousin, Vietnamese cinnamon. The result is a vibrant, flavorful blend of cinnamon and sugar. Try it on toast, in hot beverages, and definitely in your baking! At our café, we use this blend to top muffins, cookies, and malasadas!
