Garlic and Herb Seasoning


A salty blend for the garlic lover!

This seasoning was created because a customer came to me with a bottle of seasoning and said he couldn’t get it anymore. I recreated it and it has been a hit. Everyone has their super power and mine is the oddest of the odd, figuring out spice blends, even ones that are already made! Maybe that would be my superhero name, Copycat.

IN FACT, this is by far my favorite seasoning! I use it daily. When mixed with a basic Italian dressing it makes a BANGING marinaded for chicken and vegetables. You know those sheet pan dinners that are so popular? THIS is the seasoning for that. One bottle and boom you’re done.

Use for chicken, pork, burgers, meatloaf, vegetables like cauliflower and potatoes, a great all-purpose seasoning. The flavor profile is very garlicky with heavy salt tones and a touch of personality from the herbs and celery seed. I can use this on burgers and my little guy doesn’t even know it has spices on it, he just knows it tastes amazing!

Hand blended from fine sea salt, smoked sweet paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, dill weed, black pepper, white pepper, celery seed, and parsley.


Rachel’s Spectacular Squash

2 lbs Summer Squash or Zucchini or a mix of the two

2 TBSP Garlic and Herb Seasoning

½ cup Italian Dressing

Parmesan cheese to garnish

Chop squash into preferred shape, chunks, circles etc

Toss with seasoning and dressing.

Roll out a large piece of aluminum foil and place the squash mixture in the foil, then wrap it around it.

Grill or Bake until the squash is tender 25-20 min ( temp can be anywhere between 350 and 400 just keep and eye on it!)

Garnish with parm cheese and Enjoy!
