To make a quick marinade for grilled or roasted chicken add 1 tablespoon of Mediterranean Seasoning to ¼ cup of olive oil. Marinate for 1-2 hours before cooking. You can also create a bread dipping oil by combining 3 Tablespoons of Mediterranean Seasoning with ½ cup of high quality olive oil. For best flavor, let the oil mixture set for about 30 minutes before enjoying.
