Potato Soup Seasoning

Sometimes my cafe customers bug me enough and I actually bottle the seasoning that I use for my notorious homemade soups. Our potato chowder is a fan favorite but I don’t make it very often so my customers kept asking me for the seasoning. So here it is! The flavor profile is smoky and peppery with a good dose of onion flavor.

Hand blended from our very own Five Star Pepper, roasted minced onion, onion powder, garlic, sea salt, smoked sweet paprika, chives, and bourbon barrel pepper.
