With a name like snapdragon, you know this blend is unique. And the first hint that it’s a good one is that it is named after one of my most favorite things in the whole world; flowers. Snapdragon came about because once upon a time I owned the cutest little café, and I had a customer who needed a mayo-less modification to her sandwich but wanted the flavors of my horseradish sauce that I fondly called Snappy Sauce. Ta Da! Spices to the rescue! Snapdragon is sweet, smoky, and zesty. Is makes a great dip (pro tip: add bacon), is fantastic on potatoes, and when you grill shaved steak, onions, and butter together do yourself a flavor and throw snapdragon on there for an elevated steak sandwich like no other. Spice Responsibly and start with 1 TBSP per pound of meat or potatoes. For a fantastic dip toss 2 TBSP of snapdragon with 1/2 cup mayo and ½ cup sour cream.
Hand blended from my own Sweet and Smoky BBQ, Cayenne, and horseradish powder.
