My first dedicated popcorn seasoning and it’s kind of a big “dill”!
This is more dilly than pickily but the pickle power is certainly there. As it is a popcorn seasoning it is also a touch salty so go easy the first time you use it, the force is strong with this one! I had a lot of fun putting together this difficult yet rewarding taste sensation.
In order to use at home, pop some plain popcorn. By plain I mean plain jane, no salt, no butter, just plain ole popcorn. Once it’s popped you can spray it with some cooking spray or melt some coconut oil and carefully take turns pouring and tossing. An oil mister works great too. Then season to taste. I would say start with a light sprinkle and taste. Without something to make it stick, the seasoning will just fall to the bottom of the bowl.
Also great on chicken wings and for a pickle inspired vegetable dip! If you like pickles on your pizza you could sprinkle a touch of this on.
