This seasoning is a big dill! Great in the center of a bread boule or to dip your favorite veggies in. It does lean to the salty side so take heed when dipping salty snacks. Though I do love it with pretzels! I created this to replicate the dill dip seasonings we used to buy when I was a kid at craft fairs. There was something so magical about those little packets and this came out even better than I thought it could! I also use it to season my cucumber salad, both the creamy one and the oil and vinegar-based version. If you like dill, this is your dip! To make a fabulous dip combine 1-1/2 Tablespoon of mix with 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Sub your favorite dairy free yogurt for sour cream for a delicious dairy free version!
Pro tip: let this dip set for at least 30 minutes so that the onion can rehydrate. If you can make the day before, it will be even better! It’s amazing how flavor develops with a little bit of time.
