Italian Herb dip is a direct result from the smashing success of Breadwinner Oil Dipping Seasoning. Except this variety is made for creamy dip! It is herb forward and slightly salty with strong Italian notes from the garlic and red pepper. A very nice crowd-pleasing dip with its familiar flavors and smooth finish.
To make this lovely dip you simply mix 2 TBSP Italian Herb Dip Seasoning with 1/2 cup Sour Cream and 1/2 cup Mayo. You can also sub the sour cream for a non-dairy yogurt! You can also use only sour cream, but it will get watery sooner. The mayo helps emulsify it!
Pro tip: Pro tip: let this dip set for at least 30 minutes before serving. If you can make the day before, it will be even better! It’s amazing how flavor develops with a little bit of time.
