Rustic Italian is born from the flavors of the dish Mezzanine Otero. It is earthy and rich with a signature tarragon flavor. It makes a phenomenal dip, marinade, and of course Mezzanine Otero. I don’t often keep fresh tarragon in the house but was gifted with a wonderful recipe for this Italian classic. (recipes make the best gifts!) This blend turned the recipe into a quick 30-minute weeknight meal that feels like it came from a high-end restaurant! You can also jazz up a jar of store bought sauce or make a really unique compound butter.
