For when you want more than just salt, a hint of smoke, but no heat! This citrus infused blend uses smoked salt to give it a zesty smoky flavor. The ginger and pepper make this a creative choice for margaritas.  In fact, I don’t remember much about the first night I tested this as salt for the rim of my orange margarita. It may be TOO good!

This is also excellent with chicken, fish, and vegetables. If you prefer more citrus simply add some lime, lemon, or orange juice. This rehydrates the zest to give that citrus flavor a real boost.

This combined with Chili Lime Seasoning is my go-to for guacamole. My Mom loves to mix Smoky Citrus Salt with Island Thyme for her signature grilled chicken seasoning. When you start with salt it’s easy to add more flavor.
