A classic flavor for any home chef’s kitchen. Great on Seafood, chicken, or to use as a blackening seasoning. The taste profile is dominantly spicy with herby tones. Before I created a specific seasoning for it, I used this for jambalaya. Now I enjoy it as a blackening seasoning or for making cajun style chicken wings!
Hand blended from fine sea salt, smoked sweet paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, thyme cayenne, Mexican oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes.
