Chicken Marinade Seasoning


Say goodbye to boring,  dry chicken! 

Chicken is the number one consumed meat in the United States. In 2017 Americans ate an average of 100lbs of chicken per person. That is twice the amount of beef and pork.  Experts attribute health trends and availability to this swing in preference.

The one problem with chicken,  and the complaint I hear the most, is that is can get boring. When I had my cafe customers were constantly asking how and why my chicken was so flavorful and moist. After putting out the recipe to my customers literally as I made it,  I realized I could simplify it even more and package the blend all ready to add wet ingredients to!  This evolved from a commercial kitchen staple to a easy peasy home recipe! 
This Chicken marinade recipe was developed specifically for boneless, skinless chicken. Though it is considered the healthiest way to eat chicken, boneless skinless is often the most difficult to cook. I hear people complain that their chicken is dry and rubbery. The solution to this problem is to make sure your chicken is coated so that it can’t dry out! All you will need to make this delicious recipe is the seasoning plus a few pantry staples: oil, vinegar, and lemon juice.
The flavor is light and herby with a hint of lemon.

This marinade works whether it has been on the chicken for 1 hour, 10 hours, or 10 minutes! The extra thick consistency makes it easy to make moist, delicious chicken in a pinch! I’m so proud of this marinade it was one of my first videos on you tube! Check it out here.
