Taco Seasoning

A good taco seasoning should start with the best chili powder. My taco seasoning has quadruple the pepper power! However, this fantastic four combines in the spirit of flavor, not heat. Ancho, Negro Pasilla, Chipotle, and New Mexico are carefully blended to create a mild, yet superbly flavorful seasoning. The remaining ingredients are curated to support the main actors without stealing the show. The ingredient list may be intimidating but you’d be hard pressed to find a taco seasoning this flavorful on the shelves of your local grocery store. You’d also have difficulty finding a more wholesome list of spices that don’t contain any thickeners or salt. Replace your packet with a can of crushed tomatoes and some of my taco seasoning and I promise you Taco Tuesday will never be the same!

Combine 1.5 Tablespoons seasoning with 1 pound cooked ground meat and 10 oz. of ground tomatoes for the perfect taco meat. Salt to taste as my Taco Seasoning is also salt free!
